For the last 40 years, I have hated any icing on a cake. It is always too sweet, too grainy, too oily or just plain not tasty. This is the first time I ate all the icing on the cake. It is very light and not at all unctuous. It is perfect as is the cake itself. The chocolate cake is extremely moist whether left at room temperature or straight from the fridge. I like that there isn’t a ton of icing in between the layers. It is now my mission to try every cake they sell.
