Custom Wedding Cakes
All of our wedding cakes are custom made to order and any design from our collection can be customized to your specifications. We can help you chose a style and size of cake that will suit the number of guests and venue.
Tasting and Consultation
It would be our pleasure to invite you and your fiancé to a personal cake tasting and consultation where Pastry Chef and Co-Owner Isabelle Loiacono will walk you through the design process. This service is complimentary and will give you an opportunity to sample our delicious cake flavours and browse through our cake portfolio.
We encourage you to bring along anything that might inspire your cake design such as colour swatches, a lace from your dress, or a picture of your flowers.
This consultation is limited to 4 guests.

When to order your cake
We do our best to accommodate all orders, however, to allow us enough time to create your cake we recommend a lead time of 1-2 months. We book our cakes on a first-come, first-served basis and we reserve the right to decline.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date and must be cleared before any work is carried out. The final balance is payable 2 weeks before completion. For orders with less than 2 week’s notice the full payment is required upon booking and is non-refundable.
Cancellations
Our 50% deposit is non refundable. This amount can be transferred to other products in the bakery, or as a store credit for future use.
Wedding Favors
The Rolling Pin wedding favours are delectable treats for your guests celebrating your special day. We can create lovely individual packed donuts, cupcakes, macarons or even cookie favours. Please email us at hello@therollingpin.ca or book an appointment to further discuss.
Rentals
A $100 deposit by cash is required at the time of booking. Any rentals must be returned within 2 days after your event. You will be given back 50% of your cash deposit upon safe return of the rental.
If any rentals are lost or damaged, the full deposit will be kept.
